What's a doula anyway?
A doula is your childbirth co-pilot, offering wisdom, education, emotional and physical support, and a whole lot of cheerleading. Because bringing new life into the world should be an adventure filled with laughter, comfort, and someone who's got your back.
What a doula does NOT do.
A doula doesn't make medical decisions, provide clinical care, or pass judgment on your choices. I'm not here to replace your partner or family but to complement their support. My role doesn't involve having a personal agenda; instead, it's about offering unwavering emotional, physical, and informational support during your unique childbirth journey.

But don't let the knitting fool you – I've got a not-so-secret love for the raw energy of Metallica and the soulful tunes of Norah Jones. From head-banging anthems to calming melodies, I'm a music enthusiast who finds solace and inspiration in concerts and plays.
In the quiet moments between stitches and beats, you'll discover a softer side of me – a heartfelt connection to spirituality and a deep belief in the comforting power of faith. Faith is my anchor, providing strength and guidance as I navigate the beautiful, unpredictable journey of life. When I'm not crafting cozy creations or rocking out to my eclectic playlist, you'll find me knee-deep in the soil, nurturing my garden. Gardening isn't just a hobby; it's my retreat, a place where I cultivate not only plants but a sense of connection and growth.
Family is the heartbeat of my life, and my husband is my steadfast companion on this journey. Together, we cherish spending time with our two boys and precious granddaughter. Their joy is my inspiration, fueling my passion for assisting other families on their unique birthing journeys.

Birth Day
This is where the magic really happens. I'm available to you 24/7 in the weeks leading up to birth, and will support you through early labor, delivery and in the first few hours postpartum.
